Who is this service best suited for?

Our event florals are for event planners and hosts who want someone to take the stress of event florals off their hands.

What if I change my mind?

If you’ve placed an order with us, you may make colour palette changes up to 14 days in advance of your event.

You may cancel your order within 30 days of your event and we’ll provide a 75% refund.

When will the flowers be delivered?

The week leading up to your event, our team finalize delivery details with you. We normally deliver florals 1-2 hours prior to your event.

Can I pick up my flowers from your studio?

Due to the delicate nature of flower transportation, we do not offer a pick-up option. We want to make sure your florals arrive in perfection condition to save you the stress on event day.

When should I place my order?

We recommend ordering your florals 6-8 weeks in advance of your event. We require a minimum of 14 days notice for all events.

Will you replicate an image I provide to your team?

Your event is unique! There is no need to recreate florals from someone else’s event. Leave it to us to design you a collection that will be as special as the event itself.
